Established in 2007, studioap is well known, particularly within the design and build industry having gained extensive experience working directly for contractors and employers delivering various building types included CAT A & B office fitouts. Founded by Raphael Alphonso and Tom Pazskowski in 2007, and joined by Barry Reynolds in 2015, studioap, are repeatedly recognised as the contractor's preferred choice for design, development and delivery.
Our focus is on delivering a high quality service to our clients, satisfying the brief, understanding and advising on value engineering and ultimately successful project delivery. Raphael has a broad range of expertise in design, implementation and site management with over 30 years experience. Having completed a large number of projects in the commercial sector on both new build, fit out and refurbishment, he utilises his experience to work closely with all members of the design and delivery team.
