Rod gained experience of retail, commercial, leisure, office, and mixed use projects whilst working as an Associate for Colman Architects, an international firm based in London where he lived for 14 years.
He then gained further experience whilst working at Terry O'Neill Architects in Kenilworth. Projects have included a 72 bed care home, many residential, mixed use and industrial projects mainly based around the midlands in Coventry, Warwick, Rugby, and other parts of Warwickshire.
