Placemaking embodies everything that we do, from city strategies to buildings and public spaces. Our multi-faceted approach always considers how people will use, enjoy and engage with their environment. We continually challenge ourselves to create better and more sustainable places that go far beyond the requirements of the immediate brief. Having an overarching strategic vision for a project is essential to deliver transformational change whether it is a city strategy, a development site or a public space.
Using a blend of innovative thinking and rigorous analysis, we are hugely experienced at delivering masterplans across a wide variety of sectors and scale. Each one of these focuses on creating an enduring solution that puts civic well-being and prosperity at its core. Our philosophy is simple - we design buildings that deliver more than was asked for.
Our approach to architecture shares the same placemaking principles as our masterplanning work. We always look beyond the immediate boundaries of a site to seek opportunities for enhancing the civic and commercial potential of the project to make it much more than the sum of the parts.
