Our residential services include all the elements required to complete your project and this includes planning applications and building regulations, we handle everything from the initial inquiry up until construction work is finished on site. We liaise with all 3rd parties on the client's behalf.
Our commercial design services cover everything from change of use applications, shopfronts, internal and external redesigns and much more. We also complete work on behalf of developers and building contractors handling all the paperwork and administrative duties.

We offer a free no obligation meeting to review your requirements, a visit to your property will allow us to gauge what is possible.
We will check the planning history of your property and the local area to give you an idea if your proposals will be approved by the local council.
Once we are instructed to carry out the work on your behalf we will carry out a measured survey of your property, this includes producing sketches, taking measurements and photos which will allow us to produce your preliminary designs.
