Plans 4 Homes was created by Martin Casey of MJC Associates.
Martin has over 20 years experience within the house building industry.
He has gained planning and technical knowledge, through various senior roles with major house builders.
Martin's depth of experience comes from heading up various design departments whilst remaining very 'hands-on', having been responsible for some of the country's most groundbreaking residential developments.
Also his specialist knowledge of the local authority planning system has stood him in good stead throughout East Anglia.

Due to each clients unique specification, prices cannot be configured until after the initial consultation.
However in order to minimise financial exposure we like to charge 50% on planning submission and 50% on building regulations submission.
Thus insuring that if planning approval is not granted, the fee remains only the planning fee.
Unfortunately because this section is not straight forward, we advise you to consult with us and get in touch.
The Government allow a statutory 8 weeks, however because of our close links with Local Authority Planning departments.
