The project also included sensitive alterations to the apartment to provide a new bathroom; an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom; an additional bedroom.

The approved scheme provides eleven two bed apartments, one, one bed apartment, an access road, sufficient parking and hard and soft landscaping.
The three storey apartment blocks are positioned to maximise the use.
Located on the busy thoroughfare of the Falls Road, this project involved the development of an infill site to provide two retail units (at ground floor level) and two two-bed apartments (at first floor level).
