The overriding concept of We Are Not Architects is to develop a network of professionally qualified people within the area in which we work to offer the public design and consultancy services for the built environment. Primarily based in Bristol and the South West, we have taken projects in Monmouthshire, South Wales and as far afield as Bournemouth and London.
Craig Smith is the founding member and was joined by Jack Morgan in 2019. Together they will listen to your project in detail and help you find what you are looking for within the database of professionals if they cannot carry out the project themselves. Every member of staff who is appointed to carry out works are qualified in their field and able to offer you a professional service you can trust.
Everyone will be covered by Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance so you know that the advice we are giving is sound - and offering you, the client, peace of mind.

It was fantastic to be back out on the road today doing what we love - meeting new clients, surveying new projects and visiting site.

Things continue apace at WANA HQ (well remote HQs) - two fantastic projects attained planning permission today: One a dormer bungalow conversion in #tytherington where we have completely remodelled the property for a new family including a new feature rear gable and a new single storey rear #extension in the #clifton and #hotwells Conservation Area with a dramatic central glazed projection with views to Cabot Tower.
