In simple terms, your building work may affect neighbouring properties.
We will advise you in the initial stages if the Act is likely to apply and we can be appointed to serve the required notices on the neighbouring properties and offer advice and guidance throughout the process.
Please note that if you have the necessary planning permission and consents your neighbour/s cannot prevent the work from being undertaken.
