Services
Richard Baker Partnership is an Architectural Design & Building Surveying practice based in Sittingbourne, Kent.
The practice has been established since 1983 and to date represents over 40 years experience in the building surveying and architectural design fields.
We specialise in small residential and commercial developments and have a particular interest in historic buildings and the promotion of sustainable construction techniques.
We understand that it can be difficult for clients to visualise how their development will look and work, as well as integrate into the immediate surroundings.

There is an ever increasing requirement for the provision of specialist technical information to satisfy increasingly onerous conditions that are frequently applied to projects by the Planning and Building Control Authorities.
This has created a need for the practise to work as part of a professional multi-disciplinary team responding to the many and varied demands which need to be met.
Feel free to contact us with any questions or if you need any advice and we will be glad to help.
