We believe that a buildings fabric should be carefully considered in the design & planning phase of a building as it plays a leading role in the energy efficiency of a structure.
The design & specification of a building fabric is a major determining factor of energy use in any building.
It has to strike a balance between ventilation & daylight requirements & the need to provide a comfortable environment for the users.
From the very beginning we help our clients navigate the complexities of alternative choices regarding sustainability, ensuring value and lower running costs without compromising on architectural integrity.

Passivhaus is a building standard which aims to dramatically reduce energy usage of a building.
It can be applied to domestic as well as non-domestic buildings and to new build as well as refurbishment.
Passivhaus buildings provide a high level of occupant comfort while using very little energy for heating & cooling with massively reducing running costs.
