Working for Local Authorities and Housing Associations for over 30 years, BM3 has extensive knowledge of designing housing for public ownership.
Being able to meet the design standards set down for schemes receiving public subsidy and at the same time creating places that look and feel like home for everyone regardless of tenure is our aim.

Working on both new and existing high rise blocks, we have the expertise to deliver landmark buildings that address not only the technical challenges presented to us, such as thermal performance and the coordination of services and structural elements, but also how the appearance, scale and massing of the buildings impact the surrounding environment.
