We cover all of South & Mid Wales where we cater to both of the domestic and commercial sectors. At Penrose Architectural Services aim to provide the client with the best advice on all aspects of extending your property.
We work as the agent on your behalf if required, dealing with all the required application paperwork and liaising with the Local Authorities for your applications at the relevant Planning and Building Control approval stages. We conduct the required detailed measured surveys of your property and turn this information into initial paper plans drawn to scale, with electronic PDF copies of drawings provided thereafter.
All drawings are produced using AutoCAD. Every project is client lead with the brief being outlined and is tailored to your individual needs. We are proud that a large proportion of our work being derived from returning clients and client referrals.
