NuCADD offer an initial free consultation at your property to discuss your ideas and expectations.
From this initial consultation we are able to advised on the feasibility of your ideas in regards to build ability, relevant planning permissions, Building Regulations, budgetary restraints and time scales.
From this initial consultation we then produce a detailed fee proposal, outlining what services are required to ensure your ideas and expectations are realised.

Once a fee proposal has been accepted NuCADD will then carry out a dimensional and photographic survey of your property and then start preparing existing plans and elevations.
Based upon the brief taken at the feasibility stage, we then start to prepare drawings, including proposed plans, elevations and cross sections are using Computer Aided Design software (CAD).
Typically these drawings are then issued to via email in a PDF format to enable you comment on the drawings and to ensure that the project meets with your approval.

Using the agreed feasibility drawings, NuCADD can then finalise them into formal planning drawings which will meet with the Local Authorities requirements.
NuCADD will act as your agent in this process and will deal directly with the Local Authority on any matters arising in connection with the application to ensure a positive outcome.
