The client's brief was far from simple; to "create a space which looks like a Ferrari but functions as commercial commodities business".
The space consisted of 2,800 m on two floors in Devonshire Square, formed from a former warehouse.

Bauencorp created a contemporary luxury store for Longchamp on Regent Street within a classical style Grade II listed building.
