A large UK insurance group wanted to update and modernise offices in their satellite building in Chelmsford, Essex.
New proposals for this 4-storey building had to significantly upgrade the very tired, existing interiors and also take on board the structural changes afoot within the company.
Fit-out of ground floor & mezzanine to provide new offices, training facility & ambulance parking.
Studio 4 were appointed by Paragon to design their new office space, to replace their cramped lower ground floor space in a nearby building.
