SAKdesign is an Architectural, Design and Surveying company operating throughout the north west of England and North Wales, founded by Simon Kettle, a fully qualified Chartered Building Surveyor. Simon has a broad range of experience having worked in both rural private practise and national corporate businesses and has developed an extensive knowledge of many aspects of the property industry.
With more than 25 years' professional experience his roles have included architect, developer, building & land surveyor, engineer, valuer, legal advocate and expert witness. Excellent Services from start to finish. Simon has masterminded three projects for me and on each occasion I have been delighted with his enthusiasm, design suggestions and tenacity to deliver.
