We will visit you at your property, take all the necessary measurement, produce survey drawings as existing, initial sketch proposals and proposed detailed drawings for discussion to achieve your requirements before submitting a detailed planning application.
We will produce a specification of works for contractors to price to obtain fixed priced competitive tenders for the works and analyse the prices for clients before a contractor is appointed. Once the building works begin, we attend regular meetings on site with clients and contractor to make sure building works are carried out correctly and to a high standard, with minutes of the meetings made and progress payment certificates produced through to completion.
