I am Janet Tilley, a Chartered Architectural Technologist with over twenty five years experience.
All work is covered by professional indemnity insurance.
A full professional Architectural design service is provided for home extensions, loft conversions, internal alterations, conservatories and sunrooms as well as flat conversions and new builds.
All drawings are prepared and submitted together with the relevant applications to the council and followed through the process to completion.
A professionally produced set of drawings will be provided drawn to your specific requirements one stage at a time, so you only pay for the services you require.

STEP 1 - I will visit your home for a free consultation to discuss your ideas and assess the feasibility of the project and advise on any planning issues etc.

You will then be sent a fee schedule setting out my fees and statutory requirement fees.

I will then arrange a time convenient with you to carry out a full measured survey.
A plan as existing will then be produced and sent to you together with an invoice for the 1st payment.
