As Certified Passive House Designers we can incorporate the most effective low energy design principles into all types of buildings, with our specialism being one-off houses and extensions for private clients. Blueprint Architecture is delighted to feature on Scotland's Home of the Year with our project Rainbows' End, a stunning home overlooking Loch Fleet in the Scottish Highlands.

Blueprint Architecture is based in Tain and from our office there we work throughout the Highlands with projects in Dornoch, Inverness and the surrounding area. We also have live projects at the moment on the West Coast for both home owners and local businesses.

We take care of the whole process, including all required drawings and advising on other consultants who might be required.
We also fill out all the forms and deal with any questions from the Planning Officer dealing with your application.
The most valuable contribution we make to your Planning Application is our experience.
We have successfully represented a wide range of clients for the past 20 years.
The planning process is not always straightforward, but we know how to work with the Local Authority to ensure you get the Consent that you need.
We take care of the whole process, including all required drawings and advising on other consultants who might be required.
