Project 3 Architecture

We are an architectural practice covering Retford and beyond! Mainly concentrating on residential work - extensions, conversions, alterations, renovations and new-build houses, we also work on small commercial retail projects and carry out fire risk assessments for high street shops throughout the UK.

We are also conscious of the environmental impact of buildings and are members of the AECB (Association for Environment Conscious Building) which is a network of individuals and companies with a common aim of promoting sustainable building.For people who have never undertaken a building project before, the process can seem complicated and daunting.

Each project starts with an accurate measured survey of the site or property before plans, elevations and sections of the existing buildings are prepared. There is a skill to making a building layout work, particularly with extensions, so that the new and old function together to create a stylish, practical and flowing space. We will interpret your ideas, wants and needs then draw up proposals for your dream home using 3D modelling software which will help you to visualize your project.
