The practise was started in 1983 as Misha Simic & Associates, by Misha who had qualified as a professional member of the Faculty of Architects & Surveyors in the 1960's and had worked for various local firms previously including Charles Wells Brewery.
As assistant chief architect at Charles Wells he was responsible for the design of their new brewery constructed in 1976's in Queens Park, Bedford.
At the time it was the first brewery built in this country for 100 years.
Aleks Simic worked with Misha for a year from the start of the practise before leaving to go to college.

Generally we will provide some free upfront advice and then formulate a "Fee Proposal" which will outline the services that the client has expressed interest in and set lump sum fees against each element.
