WSW, formerly known as Willes Simpson Woods, was established in 1994 and is the trading name of WSW Consultancy Limited.
The Company was formed by three founding Partners who have worked together in providing a quality Professional Service for over thirty years.
During this time, we have established a proud history of successfully working with a wide range of high profile businesses, schools, organisations, retail operations and private clients.

We are able to act for the landlord or tenant at the end of a lease.
We will prepare a detailed Schedule of Dilapidations in line with RICS protocol which sets out the Tenant's obligation for repair and reinstatement of the demised premises.
The Schedule may then be used as a working document for each side's appointed surveyor to arrive at an agreement of the tenant's obligations under the lease and to negotiate a fair and reasonable assessment of the Landlord's claim.
The Schedule of Condition is a detailed statement of the construction and condition of a property at the start of a lease for record purposes which can be used as a legally recognised document attached to a lease.

We work closely with the Schools to understand their requirements and to develop a strategic working project brief and master plan.
We have worked with numerous Academy Schools and have been instrumental in assisting them with successful bids to the EFA in applying for Funding for projects up to 1.5M.
We have progressed these bids through to project stage having been engaged by the Schools to prepare detailed designs, technical specifications and project management of the works, in conformity with the EFA Guidelines.
