SOTECH SVT is a free tool that will allow customers to explore Optima systems from the comfort of the office or home.
The software can be used as a 3D application or VR experience, the aim being to provide architects and installers a useful resource to visualise Optima systems in a real-time environment.
Each system can be inspected in detail and short form training is given on specific features that the user might find useful.
The user can change the colour and material type using the helpful user interface.

Rainscreen cladding provides an exterior surface - a cladding layer - that stops the force of wind-driven water movement, preventing it getting through small breaches in the surface of a building.
By the time the water reaches the 'true' exterior wall, it has lost its drive and therefore its ability to permeate the wall, hence the origins of its name: rainscreen cladding.
There are a wide range of benefits to using rainscreen cladding.
For example it provides enhanced thermal performance, allowing designers to create very efficient thermal envelopes to meet the highest environmental standards.

Featuring an innovative slide and lock adjustment mechanism, Sotech's enhanced secret fix hook on rainscreen system now features carrier rail hooks.
These hooks can be locked in position on site by installers, rather than in the factory, leading to significantly reduced lead times for all parties.
Its versatility is such that a multitude of materials and thicknesses (from 2.0mm to 4mm) used on one universal carrier.
If you have any comments or questions please get in touch and an expert will get back to you as soon as possible.
