After many years in the building industry, it was time to start up in business.
Having gathered together a vast knowledge and experience it was to be the start of a business that would provide a personal, efficient and friendly service for all types of projects, liaising with clients, council officials and contractors to ensure smooth running of projects.
All types of projects can and have been carried out to the full satisfaction of clients and associated parties, from initial contact with client, carrying out site survey, preparing sketched proposals from clients brief, for discussing with client, preparing drawings and specification for planning and building warrant applications, (for issuing tender documents, as and when required), for receiving planning and building warrant approval, for appointing suitable contractor, for site supervision throughout the works on site and receiving completion certificate.
