Spencer Park is a new build house in Wandsworth. Situated in a conservation area the building replaced a modest 1960s house with a large four bedroom property with generous living spaces and a double height basement dining room. The building has achieved a code for sustainable homes level 3 with green technologies like ground source heat pump providing the buildings heating requirements.
This new build house in Darras Hall, outskirts of Newcastle is currently in construction. The project will replace an existing 1970s house with a large three storey five bedroom dwelling. Chatsworth Road is a new build residential development consisting of four flats on a confined site in East London. Once the location of MG Architect's office and formerly a car repair garage we gained planning permission to develop this back land site from a single storey garage to a three storey, four bedroom dwelling.
The building has an extensive basement to make the most of the constrained site and a central light well to ensure all spaces receive good levels of natural daylighting.
