A potential development within the city of Bath where a neglected garden was purchased and full Arboricultural Impact Assessment (AIA) undertaken including Tomographic survey of trees, (ultrasound decay detection), with probable decay issues.
Development of revised restoration design and input into the Review of Old Mineral Permissions (ROMP).
Preparation of Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) with detailed landscape proposals and long term estate management plan.
Following their purchase of a dilapidated estate, we were engaged to work with Olympic dressage champions Anders Dhal and Fiona Bigwood and equestrian design specialists.
