A few words from our manager, Phil: I became involved in project management through a role in central government. As a fully trained PRINCE2 (please see 'What we do' for an explanation) practitioner, I use this internationally recognised, world class product for my own architectural projects. I am also a fully accredited project reviewer, assessing the work of other project managers to ensure consistent quality and approach.
This work has brought invaluable experience in project design and control, integrating perfectly with my creative role. Simultaneously, I have spent over 30 years designing, refurbishing and building properties, for myself and clients, enabling them to realise what it is they require and as such I operate as an architectural designer as well. Whilst these two roles work symbiotically, I have also project managed other people's designs, and past on my designs to other project managers.
My former experience in customer services and communications also ensures close working relationships with clients and contractors alike.

During this initial stage we discuss with a client what it is that they imagine the outcome of the project will produce.
