The first thing to do when looking to have plans drawn up is to have an idea of what you want the achieve.
We always offer an initial consultation to all potential clients, free of charge and at this stage can discuss what you want to achieve and what is required to deliver this.
It may be that you have a clear vision but if you don't, we will take the time to guide you through and give you the benefit of our experience.
The process of getting plans drawn and building works carried out can be complicated and daunting.

Building Regulation approval is a statutory requirement for many building projects, to ensure the Health & Safety of people in and around buildings, and the Energy Efficiency of buildings.
Building regulations approvals can be sought either from the building control department of the local authority or from an approved inspector.
To gain Building regulation approval we will produce detailed plans based on the information given and submit them for approval.
The will enable the inspector to check them and confirm the proposal complies with Health & Safety and Energy Efficiency.

Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas are put in place to protect our countries historical assets and towns for future generations to enjoy.

We appreciate that being bound by these restrictions may feel frustrating but having worked on a number of listed buildings both Grade II and Grade II* we are able help navigate your way through the permissions required.
