I was hugely influenced by the great futurist artist Syd Mead and the slick illustrative styles employed by car designers of the 80s.
We supported Lionel Richie (hello?) for three nights at Birmingham's NEC.
I was also Bill Nelson's (of Be Bop Deluxe fame) bass player for a short period of time -recording his 1986 album 'Getting The Holy Ghost Across' after touring America and Canada.
The Society Of Architectural Illustration in 1992 and was awarded Fellowship in 2000.
