At Antvic Ltd, we offer a comprehensive range of services across the commercial and residential sectors of the construction industry.
Established in 2009, we have since maintained our stellar reputation of quality and efficiency throughout the entire building process.
We work in close collaboration with contractors, architects, project managers and engineers.
This allows us to offer a wider range of services from private residential projects to much larger corporate developments.
We act as the main contractor on a vast array of projects, co-ordinating all stages from initial design through to project completion.
Antvic has been appointed as the design and build contractor for the development of 46 residential flats, 10 four-storey houses, and 483 square meters of commercial space for the provision of associated basement car parking, landscaping, and a children's play area.
We worked closely with a developer on the design, and planning phases to develop this ambitious scheme.
The North Middlesex Golf Club is located at the back of the site, offering amazing landscaping views to the residents of the development.
This project presents us with multiple challenges starting with its close proximity to the National Rail Network, groundworks, difficult logistics and exiting facade features.
The project involves the construction of a part-nine and a part-four storey building with the excavation of the basement area to provide 38 self- contained residential units with associated cycle parking, landscaping, and a children's play area.
The delivery program was critical and was closely monitored by the client's representatives.
One of our most recent projects, Vincent Road is a five-storey Hotel scheme building with a total of 40 en-suite bedrooms, a cafe, and hotel reception lobby.
Located in close proximity to the town center, the scheme has plenty to offer for the local community, being a part of a large ongoing regeneration scheme in the area.
