Malcolm has over 40 years experience in Residential New Build Housing and Residential Refurbishments, Alterations and Extensions. He works from his home studio which is based in Bloxham, Oxfordshire. He has established a good working relationship with the nearby local Councils, Planning and Building Control Departments. This is now mainly smaller residential improvements, refurbishments, alterations, and extensions to modern and period properties.

Project Management Service is no longer offered. Scope of work is just up to Approvals Stage. Malcolm offers a very personal, professional service and has extensive experience with the scope of work undertaken.
