The Mango Tree project involved converting an old shop space into an Indian restaurant which included a new front faade.
The space is part of a larger Grade II listed building with residential flats above.
This lead to very careful consideration and substantial negotiation with planners.
The idea was to use the existing qualities of the building and contrast them with modern, clean and contemporary elements.
Both the owner and council where very happy with the result.
Large warehouse extension in the middle of an industrial estate where we gained planning permission and prepared a technical design for the client.
