We have over 40 years combined experience in the architectural consultancy and construction industry previously working with both Commercial and Residential clients. Following a recent change in company policy we now focus on serving residential clients only. A full list of services we currently provide can be found on the "services" tab.

However, in summary, the majority of our work now consists of householder planning and building regulations applications and detailed drawings for extensions, loft conversions and new build properties.Our small team of Chartered Architectural Technologists are passionate about design and, driven by your design brief, can guide you through your project from feasibility to final completion.

We are based in Northamptonshire working out of Northampton and Corby (head office) office locations so we are well positioned to work with residential clients across the Midlands. HSH Architecture Ltd. was established in 2015 with office locations in Northampton and Corby.
Previously HSH had been servicing residential and commercial clients across the UK.
However, in mid 2019 a change in policy shifted the focus towards the residential sector to concentrate purely on householder applications and residential projects.
Since 2015 HSH have been involved in many projects from residential schemes ranging from 25,000 - 500,000 in value to commercial projects with contract values of up to of 2 million.
Whether you are thinking about minor internal renovations or significant home improvements such as an extension or a loft conversion it will require detailed planning and consideration for it to be a success.

If the answer to the above is yes, it is likely your project will require planning or building control consent.
