This project involved the interior fit out of an existing shell unit to create a new Topshop store over three storeys. The works comprised the installation of a new feature circular staircase, refurbishment of an existing lift, sales floor accommodation at basement, ground and first floor levels as well as dedicated stockroom and staff facilities at basement level.

This project involved the interior fit out of a new build shell unit within the One New Change shopping centre adjacent to St. Pauls Cathedral to create a new Topshop / Topman store over three storeys as well as a Dorothy Perkins unit at ground floor only. The works comprised the installation of two new escalators, a new feature staircase, new customer / goods lift, sales floor accommodation at basement, ground and first floor levels, banks of changing rooms as well as dedicated stockroom and staff facilities.

New external signage and illumination in accordance with agreed design parameters. Markwick Architects was appointed by Arcadia to complete the design and fit out of a new retail unit within a new build extension to an existing shopping centre.
