Thanks to @WinckleySquare for including the FWP garden in the Guided Walk today, I hope everyone enjoyed the walk. A major refurbishment of Preston College's Construction Department is set to get underway - heralding the start of an exciting new chapter for i. Really pleased to have made the submission for the further expansion of Mill Farm Sports Village for AFC Fylde.

We are really pleased to be working on another fantastic scheme for Westmorland. It's great when your clients ethos & their buildings are recognised as best in their sector. A four-week consultation has been launched for the Tatton Services scheme, which would be located at junctions seven and eight on the M56. Plans have been revealed for a new stand and indoor training dome at AFC Fylde's Mill Farm Sports Village home in Wesham.

The main element of AFC Fylde's three-part plan involves the creation of a north stand featuring a club museum, fan zone and shop. Did you see Finsley Gate Wharf on @BBCNWT, we are very proud to have been involved in this restoration project.

A combination of statutory regulations, client demand and our own aspiration has led to environmental sustainability being essential to every project we undertake.
We approach each scheme as an opportunity to reduce energy but we also believe that environmental awareness should not be viewed as a limitation of design potential - rather as an important and exciting addition to the brief parameters.
FWP have been proactive and purposeful in Project Managing an ambitious development at Carlisle Cathedral that has not been without its complications.
On a site which is highly sensitive and with a project where financial pressures have not been easy to contain they have offered a consistent, problem solving approach which has supported the client throughout.
The problem solving approach which FWP has maintained consistently is the result of careful listening and thorough discussion with the project group.
