We are a progressive architectural practice offering large practice experience in a personalised, small practice environment. Our practice approach is one of collaboration and joint venture. Rather than a rigid design style we approach each new project with an individual response to maximise the project brief & site potential. Based in Cornwall and established in 2015 by Alan Sanders, the practice offers a personalised and collaborative architectural service with a focus on design excellence.

As a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Alan has extensive experience in all sectors of the construction industry, and is well versed in feasibility, design, construction and management of residential & commercial projects. We offer a complete architectural service from inception - concept design, planning & statutory approvals, contractor procurement, site & project management - to completion.

With experience of small scale projects to large mixed use schemes, whether private or commercial, we provide a comprehensive architectural service to maximise the potential of any development project, from residential including bespoke properties, new build developments, alterations & extensions to restorations, conversions and commercial schemes.
