Affordable Home Designs is managed and run by Simon Brookes, who has been involved in domestic architecture for more than a decade. All completed work fully complies with Local Authority statutory requirements and all drawings are detailed using the latest computer aided design (CAD) software.
Basically the first stage of your project is handled professionally by us, eliminating the burden from you of preparing drawings; completing the necessary application forms for local authority submission; liaising with planning officers and building inspectors and dealing with any issues along the way which may occur during this stage.

These new 'Permitted Development' rules were drafted in to give a boost to the housing supply.
Plans to bring empty commercial buildings back in to use to increase housing supply by deregulating the planning system were set out in the Budget's Growth Review.
