Founded in 2006, fORM.Architecture offers professional Architectural Design Services for Domestic and Commercial Extensions, New Builds, Conversions and Refurbishments. Our wide range of experience on different sized projects means that we can bring the professionalism and structure of a large project into any scheme.
Our Professional Architectural Design Services currently cover the following areas, but are not limited to: West Midlands, Dudley, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Worcester, Coventry, Warwick, Derbyshire, Telford, Wales and London.We review the site and your ideas to look at what could be possible, we can then work with trusted contractors to get indicative costs for the proposal.
We will undertake a survey of your property if necessary, and work with you to create the information necessary for a submission to the local planning authority. We will then act as your agent through the planning process to ensure that we get the best possible outcome. Once planning permission has been obtained, we will work with you to finalise the specification and produce more detailed drawings and specification information to allow Building Control to assess the scheme.

I regularly worked on Education, Commercial and Residential schemes before taking the plunge in 2017 and taking fORM.Architecture on full-time.
Since making this change, I have increased the size and scale of our projects to include larger residential and commercial projects as well as branching out into education schemes.
We work with our clients to determine what they need from the end product without any pre-conceived ideas of how we think this should be done.

My client was looking for a modern extension to their home that would de-clutter the ground floor layout and improve the flow of the kitchen, dining and lounge areas.
They also wanted to be able to open up the dining and lounge areas into the garden to make the most of the views over the Stour Valley.
We worked together to create a brief based on our client's vision for their property to create a simple and crisp extension to the rear of the property and re-arranged the existing kitchen and dining layout to provide a large living space with views over the garden.
