Julian holds a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Building, and is a Registered Member of the Association of Project Safety. With over 30 years experience in the construction industry Julian commenced his career with Trafalgar house in 1980 and prior to establishing Evenrange management ltd in 2000 he had been the Commercial Director of a South West based contractor from 1995, during which time he saw the business grow from 6m to 19m annual turnover.
Julian joined Inspired in 2012 to form the Partnership. In his earlier career Julian worked as a Quantity Surveyor with Trafalgar house from 1980 to 1990, during this period he worked on a number of projects throughout the South East and South West including, Supermarkets, Office blocks, and other Commercial Developments.
