Architecture North is a registered limited small-scale, award-winning architectural practice based in our garage studio at Archway Courts. We are passionate about making your project compatible with our clients' daily life. We not only bring our design flair and knowledge, but we bring a hands-on experience at trade levels, from understanding the building process on building sites, through to obtaining planning permission, discharging planning conditions, and completing building regulations.
We listen carefully to our clients to ascertain their needs and budget, we then set out to surpass their expectations. Lewis undertook his architecture career at a very young age working at Hodson Architects, a well-established architectural practice based in Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire.
He followed in his director's footsteps by attending Hull School of Architecture, whilst during summers and spare time always nipping back over the Humber Bridge to engage with the previous practice.
Subsequently, he won the Prize for Architecture, and after undertaking his first year out experience, Lewis attended the University of Lincoln, where he thrived in the realms of blurring the lines between the public and private architecture of the brutalist shopping centers of today, as a result, his work was shortlisted for the Silver Medals.
