We will submit the appropriate application to your Local Planning Authority (LPA) and upon permission being granted we will also manage the Building Regulation Approval stage.

IHD Architectural Services provide a personal and professional service to all our clients when designing and planning an extension, conversion, new build or internal alterations.
Detailed computer aided design plans are produced for submission to your Local Planning Authority for the appropriate permission and we will liaise with them during this process on your behalf.
Upon gaining the appropriate permission from Local Planning Authority IHD can then handle the Building Regulation approvals.
This will involve detailed construction drawings, section details and specification notes and, if required, our Structural Engineer will produce structural calculations.

A measurement survey of your existing property will be undertaken, this can take up to a couple of hours depending on the size and complexity of your home.
At this time we will speak to you in depth about your design ideas and what you would like to achieve from your extension/improvements.
Once you are fully happy with the design, IHD will submit the appropriate application to your Local Planning Authority on your behalf.
