Concept Design & Planning is dedicated to the delivery of well thought, well designed planning schemes from initial concept and feasibility studies to built-out schemes. Our work is varied and ranges from small conversions, one-off houses, small, medium and large residential developments and commercial work. Formed in 2010, we have a proven track record in gaining planning permission across the south coast, building relationships with developers, private clients and Local Planning Authorities along the way.
The planning process can be daunting, it is all about planning strategy and selling an idea to the Local Planning Authority. Our proven track record over the past decade speaks for itself. With a solid understanding of local and national planning policies, knowledge of development and the ability to be able to design around site constraints, we look to maximise the potential in all of our projects.
We have no standard house-type; each project is tailored to the particular constraints of that site.
