We work closely with a number of Structural Engineer's, Land Surveyors, Party Wall Surveyors, Energy Assessors, Arboricultural Consultants and Planning Consultants in order to successfully manage and retain control of your project.
We are able to liaise with Local Planning Authorities from conception of your ideas, through to electronic submission of both Planning and Building Regulations applications. Being based centrally in Hampshire, we regularly submit applications to the following Local Authorities; Eastleigh, East Hants, Southampton, South Downs National Park, Winchester, Test Valley and Fareham, although we will be happy to work with any Local Planning Authority in the country.
We hold an extensive portfolio of completed projects, including large house extensions, medium to large new build individual dwellings, restaurants (new and refurbishments) and mixed use High Street retail and residential developments.
