After an initial consultation to determine your requirements, we will visit site and carry out a measured survey.
From these measurements we will produce existing and proposed CAD drawings showing your proposals and if need be can provide an artist's impression of the new extension.
Fees are based on the size of the project and work involved and do not include planning or structural engineer fees.
From 2008 an extension or addition to a home will be considered to be permitted development not requiring permission for planning permission subject to the following limits and conditions.
