Mulburry House was a small but interesting cottage that has had some strange extensions added many years ago.
Our plan was to take off the first floor to the west longe extension and build a new full height bedroom extension over the lounge; build a two storey east extension; the re-roof the whole structure whilst adding a south-facing sun room in front of the existing kitchen which would now form a sunlit hub to the whole house.
This was a new development within the garden of the existing Tillingbourne Cottage.
