Paul is a Chartered Architectural Technologist and has worked in both Architectural and Building Surveying Practices for over 30 years.
Prior to starting PDK Architecture and Surveying in 2011 he was a director of Architecture and Building Surveying for Baqus Group.

One part of this is the Incubation Centre, this supports and helps develop small and embryonic businesses.
The project was let as a one stop construction consultancy service to Harlow Council for Architectural services, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, CDM Coordinator and Project Management, together with Mechanical & Electrical Services by Michael Prince Associates and Structural Engineering by Gyoury Self Partnership.

The unit is of national importance and is one of a number of commissions carried out for the Trust.
The Lane Fox Unit is the UK's leading high dependency respiratory unit, sensitively located on the south bank of the Thames, directly facing the House of Lords.

We worked closely with Chichester District Council and the Harbour Conservancy to ensure the design was sympathetic with the surrounding buildings yet still maintaining functionality of the facilities.
