Based in Alfreton, Derbyshire, I provide architectural services for projects ranging from small house extensions to 1 million office buildings. I prepare planning applications, listed building applications, building regulations applications and construction drawings.
My experience includes new builds and extensions to a broad range of building types: houses, flats, offices, care homes, schools, nurseries, industrial, community, health, church, art gallery and listed buildings.Before starting my own practice 10 years ago, I was Associate Director at MMA Design in Derby and, prior to that, I was a Senior Architect in Local Government.
My fees are determined on a project by project basis depending on the degree of complexity and the amount of time required to provide the services required. I provide a fee quotation at the outset based on an initial meeting to establish your requirements and I invoice in stages as I progress with the work.
