Established in 2010, Jonathan Smith Architects have earned a reputation as a successful practice in East Yorkshire. The main office is situated in Hull's old town within the newly renovated Danish Buildings on High Street and we also have a studio in Beverley. At JS Architects we strive to create designs which will inspire and enthuse clients to realise their scheme's potential.
We endeavour to make the design process enjoyable for clients and bring a professional and creative expertise to all projects, large or small. We carry out a full survey if required and prepare a set of conceptual drawings based on the brief developed from the initial meeting. Once you are happy with the scheme we develop a full set of drawings ready for planning submission.
When planning permission has been granted we develop a set of detailed construction drawings for the builder. The working drawings and specification are tendered to building contractors for pricing.

Graduated from the Lincolnshire & Humberside University in 1997 and gained professional experience working for CSP Architects in York, DLA Architects in Leeds before establishing Jonathan Smith Architects in 2010.
Jon was project architect on major projects in the UK, designing the Health & Safety Laboratory in Buxton, Foxton's in York, Hull College of Performing Arts building and One Brewery Wharf in Leeds.
