With a large amount of land at their disposal between their home and the neighbouring property their aim was to extend.
New Apartments in Place of Derelict Bakery on Chapel Road in Grassmoor, Chesterfield Existing Plot - An abandoned and derelict bakery enclosed on all sides by the main highway and adjacent buildings / gardens, situated on a predominantly terraced street.
