We're delighted that HFD Property Group have secured an 88.9 million development loan for their proposed development on 177 Bothwell Street - Glasgow's largest new office building. Our team collaborated with HFD to produce a range of CG images and 360's to visualise this ambitious project, showcasing the stunning building design complete with unique features such as Scotland's first rooftop running track and extensive terrace in the heart of the city.
We enjoyed working with Four Fifteen to produce this stunning set of interior CGI views for a residential development in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow. We recently collaborated with HAUS Collective and Moda Living to produce these CGI views to showcase their plans for the Holland Park regeneration - a proposed 105m redevelopment of the former Strathclyde Police Headquarters in Glasgow.
The redevelopment, which aspires to create a vibrant residential community at this prominent urban block, will transform the existing building into a mixed-use development comprising of 360+ apartments, restaurants, cafes and gardens.

Claire graduated from Duncan of Jordanston college of Art and Design in 2006 with a B.Des (Hons) in Interior and Environmental Design.
Claire took the aspects of her course she was most excited and enthusiastic about and transferred this passion into her work.
She became one of Wireframe's hand-selected team of staff in 2011, taking on the role of Senior 3D Artist and Creative Lead.
